Refund Policy
Digital Products: All products on BizLegal AI are digital — document generation and AI analysis begin immediately after payment. Please review this policy before purchasing.
We offer a 24-hour refund from the time of purchase, provided the document generation has not yet completed. Once Claude has generated and delivered your customised document, no refund is available as the AI processing resource has been consumed.
Email [email protected] within 24 hours with your order ID and reason. Refunds processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Due Diligence Reports are non-refundable once the analysis has been delivered to your email. The AI analysis is performed immediately upon payment confirmation and the results are sent instantly.
If you did not receive your report due to a technical error, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-run the analysis at no charge.
If a generated document is clearly defective (e.g., empty, corrupted, or missing all content), we will either re-generate at no charge or provide a full refund. This does not apply to documents you consider incomplete because AI outputs do not meet your subjective expectations — AI drafting is a starting point, not a final product.
We take payment disputes seriously. Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital product without first contacting us is considered fraud and may result in legal action. Please contact us first — we resolve legitimate disputes promptly.
