BizLegal AI ("we", "us") is operated by DOR INNOVATIONS. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We do not sell your data. We do not run ads.

1. Data We Collect

When you purchase a document

Email address (for document delivery)
Deal details you enter in the form (party names, amounts, dates)
Payment data — processed by PayPal. We never see or store card numbers.

When you upload for Due Diligence

Email address
The contract file you upload (PDF or DOCX)
The contract is passed to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and is not stored by us after delivery

Automatically collected

Browser type, IP address, pages visited — via Vercel analytics (anonymized)
We do not use Google Analytics or third-party ad trackers

2. How We Use Your Data

To generate and deliver your document or report
To send your document by email (SendGrid)
To process your payment (PayPal)
To respond to support requests
We do not use your data for marketing without explicit consent

3. Third-Party Services

Anthropic (Claude API) — AI document generation and Due Diligence analysis. Data processed per Anthropic's privacy policy.
PayPal — Payment processing. Subject to PayPal's privacy policy.
SendGrid (Twilio) — Email delivery of documents.
Vercel — Hosting and serverless functions.
Supabase — Lead management database (outreach program only — not linked to purchases).

4. Data Retention

Purchase email addresses: retained for 2 years for support purposes
Uploaded contracts (DD): deleted after analysis delivery, not stored
Payment records: retained as required by applicable tax law

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Object to processing or request restriction
